Interview & decision

Once you are happy with the shortlist we will set up interviews and can be there on site to introduce our candidates to you in person.

Interviews can throw up questions for both clients and candidates, our role is to ensure that both parties have full clarity on what the other can offer them.

Offer & onboarding

Once the decision is made we will perform a thorough background check on the chosen candidate and help you with the offer strategy.
